AI automation for business

Every business deserves its time back.

AI makes it possible: the follow-ups, the admin and the reports that fill your week, done in the tools you already use. A person approves everything that goes out.

  • Marketing
  • Outreach & follow-up
  • Customer admin
  • Back office
  • Reporting

What we automate

The jobs that repeat, handed to AI.

Not sure which of your jobs would suit? Bring the list, and we’ll tell you which are worth automating and which aren’t.

One person, and every job that repeats.

  • Marketing

The posts, emails and newsletters that should go out every week, and often don’t.

    What AI does
Drafts each one from your notes and past work, on a schedule you set.
    What you keep
You approve every piece before it’s published.
  • Outreach and follow-up

The enquiry that never got a second email, and the quote nobody chased.

    What AI does
Drafts the follow-up when it’s due, and keeps track of who still needs one.
    What you keep
You decide who is contacted, and approve what is sent.
  • Customer admin

Bookings, confirmations, reminders and the forms that come with them.

    What AI does
Fills in the records, sends the reminders you’ve approved, and flags anything unusual.
    What you keep
You set the rules once, and handle every exception yourself.
  • Back office

Invoices, receipts and timesheets: the paperwork behind the work.

    What AI does
Sorts and matches the paperwork, and prepares it for checking.
    What you keep
You, or your accountant, sign off anything that touches money.
  • Reporting

The weekly numbers someone pulls together by hand.

    What AI does
Gathers the figures from your tools into one short report.
    What you keep
You read it, and decide what to do about it.

How we work

From the first call to handover.

Order, not time. Timings go in your scope.

  1. Free scoping call

Tell us about the jobs that fill your week. We’ll ask the right questions and pick the one worth starting with.

  2. Job check

Before we quote, we check three things.

  3. Written scope and quote

What the automation will do and what it won’t, the milestones, the timeline and the price, agreed in writing before work starts.

  4. Build and test

AI agents build it in your own tools. We test it on your real work, and the founder reviews it before it runs.

  5. Handover

It runs in your accounts and it’s yours, with a written guide to how it works and how to change it.

  • The job

That it repeats, and that you can tell a good result from a bad one.

  • Your tools

Where the work lives today, and whether those tools let an automation in.

  • The risk

What happens if it gets one wrong, and who catches it.

Sometimes a template, a rule in a tool you already pay for, or doing it by hand is the better answer. If it is, we’ll say so.

Every automation gets its own timeline, written into the scope. A paid diagnostic is only for real uncertainty, and is quoted separately.

Quotes, sign-off and handover work the same for every service: How we work

Safeguards

AI does the work. A person answers for it.

An automation only helps if you can trust it, so every one we build keeps the same three rules.

  • A person approves what goes out

An email, a post or a quote waits for a person’s yes before it’s sent, unless you’ve approved that kind of message in advance.

  • Checks on every result

Code checks what goes in and what comes out. Anything that fails a check stops and comes to you.

  • You can switch it off

It runs in your own accounts, it’s written down, and it can be paused or changed without us.

Questions

AI automation questions, answered.

Which jobs can AI automate?

Jobs that repeat and have a clear right answer: follow-up emails, booking reminders, matching invoices, weekly reports and social posts. If you could explain the job to a new starter and tell a good result from a bad one, it’s usually a candidate. We check each job before we quote, and say so if it isn’t.

Will an automation send things without me checking?

Not unless you choose that. Anything a customer sees waits for a person’s approval before it goes out. Once you trust a kind of message, such as a booking reminder, you can approve it once and let it send on its own. You can change that at any time.

Do I need new software for AI automation?

Usually not. We build the automation into the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, spreadsheets or accounts software, as long as they let it connect. Checking that is part of the job check before we quote. If a tool won’t connect, we tell you and suggest the simplest way round it.

How much does AI automation cost?

It depends on the job, so every automation is quoted on its own scope and there is no price list. You only pay for what you need. If it needs a paid tool or an AI service to run, we tell you before we quote, and everything is agreed in writing before work starts.

What happens when an automation gets something wrong?

It stops and comes to a person. Every automation we build checks its own results, and anything that fails a check, or looks unusual, waits for you instead of going out. Handover includes a written guide to how it works, so you or your team can fix it or change it without us.
