AI training for business

Every business deserves
to use AI well.

We show you how.

AI is here to stay, and it only gets useful once it knows your work. We find where it helps you, build it with you on a real project, and teach you as we go, so you can run it yourself.

AI at work in the UK

  • 55%

of workers in Great Britain use AI for work or education

  • 28%

of UK businesses with 0–9 staff use at least one AI technology

  • 11%

of UK businesses with 10+ staff have trained more than half their workforce in AI

ONS, Artificial intelligence in UK businesses: 2023 to 2026. Jun 2026

Tailored AI coaching, built around one real project.

Not a course and not a lecture. One useful project from your business, done with you.

  • A project worth doing

We start by finding where AI is useful in your business. If it is the wrong tool for the job, we tell you and recommend a simpler approach.

  • Coaching on your own work

You do the work with the tool, on your own material, with us beside you. That is how it sticks.

  • Something that works

You finish with a result your business can use: a job you now do with AI, or a tool we built together.

  • A working guide

The prompts, checks and steps that worked, written down so your team can repeat them without us.

  • Checks you can trust

You learn to tell a usable answer from a plausible-looking wrong one, before anything leaves your desk.

  • 100% yours

The guide, the prompts and anything we build belong to you. No subscription, and no lock-in.

How the AI training works. Five steps, one real project.

  1. 1 · Pick a job

    One job you already do.

Something you or your team already do, that takes time, and where you know a good result when you see one. We check honestly whether AI helps with it at all.

  2. 2 · Ask

Your material in, a first draft out.

You do the job with the tool, on your own material, and we work through it with you: what to hand it, and how to say what you want back.

  3. 3 · Check

    See where it goes wrong.

You do it again until the good outputs and the bad ones are easy to tell apart, and you know what to look at before anything leaves your desk.

  4. 4 · Keep

    Write down what worked.

The prompts, checks and steps that worked, written down so you can keep doing it without us.

  5. 5 · Run

Let it run when you ask.

A workflow in your own tools, with checks on what it produces and a handover. You can add it later, or never.

    Quoted on its own

What we cover, how many sessions and what you keep are agreed in writing before we start.

Two ways to learn.

  • Learn it yourself

Coaching on one real job, until you can do it with AI on your own. Nothing has to be built.

  • Built with your team

We build the tool or automation, and the people who will run it learn as it is built. Quoted higher, because it takes more time.

How we work

Taught by someone who does this for a living.

You work directly with Steven Bowei Wu, founder of SBW Labs, who has spent five years putting AI to work at one of the world's largest energy companies. No account managers and no juniors.

About SBW Labs and its founder

AI training questions, answered.

What is practical AI training?

Practical AI training is learning AI by using it on real work from your own business, rather than watching demos. You finish with a job you can do with AI, a guide you keep, and the checks that catch its mistakes.

Is this an AI course?

No. There are no lectures and no set syllabus. It is tailored coaching built around one project from your business, so the sessions need you and your material in them.

Do I need to code, or know the jargon?

No. You need one real task and your own material. We work in plain English, and anything technical is explained as we go.

What if AI is the wrong tool for my task?

Then we tell you, and recommend a simpler approach. Using AI is not the goal; getting the job done well is.

What do I have at the end?

You have an agreed way of doing the job with AI, a written guide, and the checks that tell a usable result from a wrong one. If a build was in scope, you also have the working tool and its handover. All of it is yours.

How long does AI training take?

It depends on the project. The number of sessions is agreed in writing before we start.

How much does AI training cost?

Every project is quoted on its own scope, so you only pay for what you need. There is no standard price list: if your budget is fixed, we shape the scope to fit it.

How quotes work

Can you build it and teach us as you go?

Yes. That is “Built with your team”: the same build, done alongside your people, with sessions, practice and a working guide, so your team can run it and change it without us.
